  3. A DETAILED Staging Plan that includes cosmetic touch ups to your home, decluttering tips and furniture placement suggestions.  We have 2 certified stagers on staff!

  4. Statistics on how the agent (or office) stacks up to the industry average in your area.  You want an agent who can sell for top dollar and quickly!
